Janes friends from England came to visit today, they used to work here and i met them last time i was visiting in Brunei. Christopher is very excited that we are coming back and asked if we have cold Monkeys in England. Jane and i went to have our nails and hair done today.
This will be my last Blog in Brunei.

Jangan Memugut Park

David and i went for a drive to see the monkeys in the park and have a last look around.

Last day at Muara Beach

We went to the beach for my last swim in the sea after picking Christopher up from school.

We had a nice walk along the beach and Christopher collected another bucketful of shells. Afterwards we went to the beach park.

Hospital Visit

This morning Stephanie had to visit her Pediatrician at the Hospital for 2 Inoculations

and the Nova Virus drops. Stephanie was also weighed , measured etc and is now correct for her age so we left smiling.

Pantai Jerudong

This costal area is where the fishermen bring their fish for the Fish Market. We drove around Pantai to Tungku Beach. We then visited The lake by Davids on the way home

Busy Day

On the way home we visited the Lake by Jane and david's house

At last i have got a picture of a squirrel eating the fruit.

Our flights have been provisionaly booked for the weekend, so sadly only a few more days left. I have enjoyed my seven weeks here and it has been lovely spending so much time with my grandchildren.

Tasek Merimbun

We took a picnic to Tasek Merimbun and walked around the Lake , we also visited the Heritage Centre. The weather was overcast but comfortable and we all had a lovely day. On the way home David took us off the beaten track to a rural area where the people are descended from the native tribes.

Friday

Daniel came back for tea with Christopher after Football Lessons. David's car is at the garage having the Air Com fixed and Jane has had new Tyres on her car today. If we get the car back early tomorrow we are taking a picnic and going out for the day.
